cheese that uses fermented organic milk and lactic acid bacteria to give it a deep taste as time goes by.

               - refers to cheese that has not been processed simply. After mixing milk, cream, partial skim milk, buttermilk or these, adding lactic acid bacteria,

                  rennet (enzyme), acid, etc. to coagulate casein and remove the whey coagulated or fermented Aged products

               - Natural cheese is a word that corresponds to processed cheese and is generally divided into fresh cheese and ripened cheese.

The domestic general standard is 1A (the number of bacteria 30,000/mL), but the Bumsan Dairy Farm has its own standard of 1A (the number of bacteria is 5,000/mL), and it is usually managed at 1,500ml level.
