In order to provide safe and high-quality dairy products, Bumsan Dairy Farm is managed in accordance with strict certification standards through domestic organic certificationand IFOAM (International Organic Agriculture Federation) certification.
In addition, we are producing organic raw milk in a safe and hygienic environment with HACCP certification for all cooperating dairy farms.
※ Bumsan Dairy Farmmay not become a cooperating dairy farm if three conditions such as domestic organic certification,
IFOAM (international organic certification), and HACCP are not satisfied.

Cooperative Dairy Farm Management
Certified businesses must comply with ecological diversity, prevention of soil loss, conservation of the natural environment and conservation of natural environmental resources. Every year, BumsanDairy Farm and the certification body check to see if the environmental preservation value is demonstrated during the organic farming process. All partner farms that supply raw milk to Bumsan Dairy Farm are integrated and managed by the Bumsan Dairy Farm dairy management team based on HACCP and IFOAM certification.

Mixed Breeding Prohibition Management
Bumsan Dairy Farm and its partner dairy farm prohibit mixed breeding of general cows and organic cows based on IFOAM (International Organic Certification), and strictly raise only organic cows.

Raw Milk Quality Control
In order to maintain the quality of hygienically produced raw milk by BumsanDairy Farm, we conduct daily inspections and share the results with our partner farms to maintain uniform quality at all times.

Follow-up audit and input/output analysis are carried out in a strenuous manner during certification audit.
The Korean certification system does not require evaluation of traceability and input output of agricultural products and livestock products, but IFOAM (International Organic Certification) thoroughly verifies the traceability of seed use, forage, and feed products, and thoroughly checks whether the appropriate organic certification was used from the start.

Bumsan Dairy Farm is based on IFOAM (International Organic Certification) and manages both normal and organic cows in a safer way.
Domestic organic certification is recognized when organic and non-organic livestock are raised in separate houses and can be distinguished.However, by applying a higher standard than IFOAM (International Organic Certification), milking of raw milk when rearing non-organic and organic cows simultaneously Shimada has established a standard that milking must be carried out in the presence of a certification auditor and is managed more safely.

In 1980, the complete international organic certification standard became the norm of the CODEX organic farming principles, and has since been drafted in the US, European and Korean certification standards.
